BEGINNER & HOMESCHOOL

Introduces athletes to all 4 Olympic events (floor, balance beam, bars and vault)

Follows USA Gymnastics skill progressions

Focuses on developing strength, cardio, flexibility and coordination.

Classes run 55 minutes

INTERMEDIATE
AGES 7 - 14 YEARS OLD
