Beginner classes will focus on basic tumbling and jumps required for cheerleading. Athletes will learn progressions and drills needed to safely learn back-handsprings and basic tumbling passes.
Advanced classes will require athlete to perform back-handsprings independently. Athletes will progress through more advanced jumps and tumbling passes.
